The concept of having a purposeful and fruitful life according to John 15:1-8. Some key points:
- We need to be connected to Jesus (the vine) in order to be fruitful. Otherwise we will be cut off.
- We should not be afraid to cut off unproductive relationships or things that are not good for us, so that God can work through us.
- God prunes us in order to make us more productive, like how gardeners prune plants to increase their yield. Even though the pruning process is painful, the goal is increased fruitfulness and production for God's glory.
